Mayahs Boutique Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Mayahs Boutique, we are committed to getting your high-quality apparel to you quickly and reliably. This policy outlines our shipping, delivery, and handling procedures. Please review it to understand your rights and responsibilities, as well as ours.
1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within one (1) business day (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
- Order Cut-Off: To be processed the same business day, orders must be placed before 6:00 p.m. (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
- Shipping Methods: We currently offer standard shipping options across the contiguous United Kingdom
- Delivery Estimates: After dispatch, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-3 business days for most locations. Please note that delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
- Important Note: Shipping times are estimates provided by our carrier partners and commence from the date of shipment, not the order date. Mayahs Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by carrier delays, incorrect addresses, severe weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
3. Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders.
4. Taxes
All our product prices includes the tax already.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- Carrier Partners: We work with trusted national carriers like DHL, Royal Mail, and FedEx.
- Shipment Confirmation: Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
- Tracking Your Order: The confirmation email will include a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
6. Address Management & Changes
- Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing the correct, complete shipping address at checkout. Mayahs Boutique is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address.
- Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact us at contact@mayahsboutique.store within 24 hours of placing your order. We will attempt to update the address but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been packaged or shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.
7. Order Cancellations & Modifications
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team. We can only accommodate these requests if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment and shipping process. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
8. Delivery Issues & Damaged Items
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information indicates a delivery that you have not received, please first check with household members and your local postal carrier. If the package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, please contact us at contact@mayahsboutique.store within 30 days of the shipment date for assistance.
- Damaged Items: Inspect your package upon delivery. If your items arrive damaged, contact us immediately at contact@mayahsboutique.store within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
9. Your Legal Rights (State-Specific Notices)
Some states may provide additional legal rights regarding shipping and delivery. For example, if we are unable to meet our stated delivery timeline and do not have a reasonable excuse (like a force majeure event), certain states may allow you to cancel the order. We will comply with all applicable state and federal laws.
